Mynnwch eich brechiad – galwch heibio am eich dos y penwythnos hwn
A Call to Arms – drop in for your dose this weekend
Bydd canolfannau brechu ar draws sawl rhan o Gymru ar agor ar gyfer apwyntiadau galw i mewn o'r penwythnos hwn ymlaen wrth i'r Gweinidog Iechyd alw ar bob oedolyn i gael eu brechu.
Hyd yn hyn, mae 75% o bobl dan 50 oed yng Nghymru wedi cael eu dos cyntaf. Gall pob unigolyn sydd dros 18 oed fynd i rai canolfannau brechu i gael eu dos cyntaf o frechlyn Covid heb fod arnynt angen apwyntiad wedi’i drefnu ymlaen llaw, ac mae oedolion ifanc yn arbennig yn cael eu hannog i fanteisio ar y cynnig hwn.
Dywedodd Eluned Morgan, y Gweinidog Iechyd a Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol:
“Fe ddylai pob oedolyn yng Nghymru bellach fod wedi cael cynnig y brechlyn, ond rydyn ni'n gwybod y gallai pobl fod wedi gorfod canslo eu hapwyntiadau, neu efallai eu bod wedi methu mynd iddynt, mewn rhai achosion. Rydyn ni am ei gwneud mor hawdd â phosibl i bobl gael eu brechlyn, yn enwedig oedolion iau sydd â galwadau eraill ar eu hamser.
"Yng Nghymru mae gennym bolisi "gadael neb ar ôl" ac mae sicrhau bod apwyntiadau galw i mewn ar gael yn ffordd arall o sicrhau bod brechiad ar gael i bob oedolyn ar amser ac mewn lleoliad sy'n gyfleus iddynt.
"Cael ein brechu yw'r ffordd orau o amddiffyn ein hunain o hyd ac mae angen i bawb barhau i gytuno i gael eu brechu a chofio nad yw un dos yn ddigon. Mae angen dau ddos arnom i gyd i gwblhau'r cwrs a dyma’r ffordd orau o leihau’r perygl inni gael salwch difrifol. Rwy’n eich annog yn daer i fanteisio ar y cyfle i gael brechiad i helpu i amddiffyn eich hunain a'ch anwyliaid ac i ddiogelu Cymru."
Dywedodd Tracy Meredith, Pennaeth Gweithrediadau Profi a Brechu Torfol:
"Rydyn ni'n gweithio'n galed iawn ar draws canolfannau brechu yng Nghymru i sicrhau ei bod hi mor gyflym a chyfleus â phosibl i bobl, ac rydyn ni eisiau diolch i bawb sydd wedi gwneud eu rhan a dod i gael eu brechu.
"Os ydych chi eisiau eich ail ddos yn gynharach, neu os nad ydych chi wedi cael eich dos cyntaf eto, mae'n gyfle gwych i alw heibio'r penwythnos hwn, i gael eich brechlyn a chael eich amddiffyn."
